My assumption is that a English Major student will be qualified for this on the following conditions:
- D8 W7 N% E6 y- o; t' E* l' [3 i  h) P% m% m
1. a professional dictionary, in case we can not google the technical terms
4 t. j3 @& g/ k( R2. a lot of communication between translator and author
) o: _3 G( h: R6 s; t; V* D/ ~, J/ d8 P: t6 \( f
