学生签证转陪读签证，之后可以继续读书吗

因为特殊情况，1年到1年半之内不能上课了，而且学校方面已经没有办法商量了
请教一下，
1，可不可以现在转成陪读，老公是学生签证。
2，从学生签证转成陪读签证，之后还能继续读书吗?肯定不打工了
3，是不是转签证的时候一定要提供之前学校的注销证明?不然不能改变签证目的?

1，陪读可以随时转，但是你老公也是学生，恐怕不能转家庭团聚，具体还得问问你们那里外管局。
2，要学校收就能读啊
3，不知道，还是得问问你们那外管局

谢谢，如果有资金担保人呢，德国人，收入一年15W欧以上。这样要办什么手续?
如果继续读书的话，是不是可以不办 取消学籍的手续继续读?
