关于 the + adj. 比较级， the + adj. 比较级的用法一般讲的前句都是跟句子。是否可以前后者是短语，或者一个是短语一个是句子，比如说

或者 the more people are here, the louder the noise?
还有 自助 the less the material, the worse the production?

请问这三种形式是否都可以？语法是否都正确？
