n年前在ebay上注册，可能当时拍过东西，但没买。如今被冻结了我自己都不记得什么时候注册的了，今天突发其想，想上ebay看看，好不容易想起来注册名字，登陆后，想买东西，却收到下面这段英语。
我的英语早就忘记了，所以用翻译器临时翻了一下。
说我的帐户被冻结了，不能再注册了，并且最后一句话，翻译器说，正在立案？
我吓死了，立什么案啊？我真的不是很懂ebay，从来没在上面买或者卖过东西。请教各位邮经验的xdjms。帮我看看吧。 感谢！
