国内违章记录

现在想在Bonn换德国驾照，在上海开了3年车，只有一次闯红灯记录，不过罚款已交，记录应该已经消除了，不知道驾照转交到Berlin审核驾驶违章记录时时会不会不通过？

想多了...看前面的帖子说换驾照，驾照翻译公证件会送到Berlin审核，一个半月到两个月，审查违章记录啥的！看来没别的，只是他们效率低...
